What You Get When Installing a Business Development Center™(BDC) - What's in it for me (Wiifm)

  • Clear Obtainable Sales Objectives – We will help you set attainable realistic sales goals to justify the implementation of your BDC.
  • BDC Design – When you acquire your basic BDC sales process design you will receive the following deliverables: 
    • Automatic processes – We will design automatic processes, including letters, phone calls, faxes, postcards, prospecting seminars, etc. to obtain and maintain top-of-mind awareness perpetually on the largest scale possible.  

    • Master manual of those processes As part of our implementation, we will deliver a training and support manual designed to show your team their role in the new sales and marketing process and how to execute their tasks.   Please note that this manual is the sales operations manual specific to your new business development process.

    • BDC administrator’s workbook – A loose-leaf workbook is delivered to you so the BDC Administrator can record the changes made to the BDC.   The first changes made to the BDC will be the customization of the your correspondence be it letters/e-mail.  

    • BDC salespeople's workbook – A loose-leaf binder is delivered to you as a start on having a Workbook for each user of the BDCThis binder is to be updated each time the sales letters are changed.  

    • Sales mail, letter or e-mail – As part of your installation, we will create a set of sales correspondence.  These sales letters can be easily converted into  letters, and/or e-mails.  These pieces of correspondence are designed to maintain top-of-mind awareness” on the part of your customers and prospects.   Each letter is designed to load into the proper sequence of events to create your strategies.   Each letter has automatic entry points for the name, address, city, state, etc. contained in your customer relationship management system and when the letter/e-mail is printed, the correspondence is personalized.

    • Sales process – Our sales process has been developed from our experience consulting for over the last 21 years.  The process provides you and your team visibility on every component of your sales activities.   Moreover, it is measurable and controllable.   When you combine our processes with the power of your computer implementation, you get a business development capability beyond compare. 

    • Flow charts – Graphic flow charts are included in the manual to illustrate each step of the new sales process.   This enhances the transfer of knowledge and rapid implementation of your new sales process.   It also helps your team bind with the process and allows them to understand that it is your company’s process they are actively executing.  Training -- There are two important training events which will be scheduled with the installation of your BDCSales

    • Management training --  They will be taught how to set tasks with the system and monitor if there are results.  We will also teach them how to identify results.  This is very important as with out monitoring performance nothing gets be done.  Next we will train the salespeople how and when they use the product.  Your salespeople will, in effect, be marketing to the prospects identified as potential customers, not to the entire population.  This is situation marketing™ at its' best. 

    • Installation of the system per design – Complete installation of the BDC is defined in this workbook. 

    • Lead Sources to fill your GoldMine System with fresh, highly qualified leads – Any BDC must have the fuel to run the engine.   As part of this BDC we will suggest a lead source that allows you to find the type of customer you are doing business with.  Using this information we will develop a system that will give you a steady supply of leads matching that types(s).   With this you have a built-in system of locating qualified leads.  

    • Coaching -- We will answering any phone calls questions from your salespeople and your management on how to use your  BDC effetely.   This is very important, because after training and the beginning use of the BDC there will be questions from your salespeople and sales management how to use the system effectively.  This will happen even though the system's use is intuitive and easy.   If needed we can come into your computer over the Internet and adjust your Sales Process to your immediate need.

    • Follow up and continuous process refinement – And last but not least we will organize a periodic review of your BDC to see if you are reaching your goals and to fine-tune the system.
