Trust Many of us have gone off half cocked and installed new processes and technology to do a task. The Purchase of Sales Equipment and Software justifies the end Also there is a syndrome that is prevalent in the business world. Executive and Sales Management, just does not understand what mobile technology can do for their sales department and they purchase software with expressed desire of "doing something for my sales department" and in the process. They then purchase the hardware and software, with no idea whether it will help their sales effort.
